1 / Booking

 • All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Your booking is only confirmed once we review the request and send you a confirmation.

2 / Payment

to confirm your booking, a full payment is required in advance.
All payments are final and non-refundable, as we begin custom preparations immediately after confirmation.
Payment details will be provided once your booking is accepted.

3 / Cancelation

Due to the custom nature of our services, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
Once your booking is confirmed and preparations begin, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding.



4 /  Responsibility

The client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to the equipment or props during the event.
In case of damage that requires repair or replacement, the client may be charged partially or fully based on the extent of the damage.
